Description

We are seeking a driven individual to join our Digital ERP CoE team at Carrier Digital Hub India. This position is for an Associate in S4 HANA – CFIN OTC Banking as part of Carrier's digital transformation. The position supports finance work streams in building and maintaining OTC banking capability and calls for ERP finance skills. The candidate will help the development team create solutions that are well-designed, standards-based, reliable, and simple to maintain within SAP-CFIN Systems; support effective business processes to meet business goals and objectives; and facilitate the integration layer between business and technology teams to deliver a seamless solution.

Principal Obligations:

• Banking and Payment Configuration: Help with setting up and overseeing payment procedures, such as electronic bank statements, payment options, and CFIN environment interaction with banking systems.
• Order-to-Cash Process Optimization: To guarantee effective financial operations, support and improve Order-to-Cash (OTC) procedures including credit management, cash application, and invoicing within Central Finance.
• Data Integration and Reconciliation: Maintain data consistency and correctness by making sure that banking and over-the-counter transactions are accurately replicated and reconciled between source systems and CFIN.
• Ensuring compliance and lowering potential hazards involves managing risks associated with banking and financial transactions and making sure that procedures follow legal requirements.
• Issue Resolution and User Training: To guarantee that users are informed and procedures are properly documented, troubleshoot functional issues, train end users, and produce thorough documentation for banking and OTC workflows.

 

Experience:

• Three to five years' minimum experience in information technology and/or duties in CFIN, finance, or a similar field.
• Three years or more of demonstrated practical experience delivering or supporting SAP-CFIN OTC Banking projects
• Knowledge of S4/HANA finance, control, and asset management
• results-oriented, working to improve individual and group outcomes.
• Good communication, cooperation, and teamwork abilities
• Adaptable and capable of working in a multicultural setting
• experience working with clients, ideally in consulting.
• "Agile-development" thinking with an emphasis on the client.
