Role Objective
The role's goal is to oversee project delivery by driving
operations and delivery governance and making sure the necessary expertise is
available in the supply chain to maximize customer happiness and delivery cost
Management of Delivery
- Make sure the projects are delivered without a hitch.
- After the transition or migration phase, implement the best project delivery structure by assessing the budget, expenses, risks, and staffing needs.
- As per the project specifications and needs, create a quarterly project charter with a clearly defined weekly project trajectory and guarantee 100% adherence to the budget, schedule, quality, and effort requirements.
- Assure complete adherence to information security procedures, project SLAs, and other contractual requirements for all customers.
- Keep an eye on and respond appropriately to internal and external audit findings to make sure there are no significant non-compliances or deviations from the SLA.
- Communicate with the internal technical delivery team and the client to promote project health by following organizational project metrics standards.
- Conduct quality, customer, ISO, and other project-related audits and make sure there are no non-compliances.
- Work with the quality team on a regular basis to take proactive steps to address problems and potential escalations.
- regularly coordinates with the Workforce Management Group (WMG) to guarantee complete compliance with project/program requirements.
- To guarantee compliance with Quality Assurance procedures and standards, conduct routine audits of the delivery's quality (QA) status and include the QA team
- Observe current business requirements and conventions when maintaining project structure in SAP and Confluence.
- As promised in the MSA, ensure expected ramp down (ERD) compliance.
Governance of delivery throughout the project
- Make MIS and reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to track and monitor the project as a whole.
- Review operational, quality, and fulfillment parameters on a regular basis with the delivery team. Generate new ideas and implement them on ongoing projects.
- To promote ZERO surprise escalations and stop any income leakage, identify and address any possible hazards or early warning indicators throughout project delivery.
- Reduce process exceptions and similar departures from the real project plan, and escalate any deviations from the project charter to the delivery management with regard to schedule, effort, money, and infrastructure.
- To prevent OB income leakage, review and track revenue allocations and realizations.
- During reviews, provide the delivery leadership team with input on overall delivery performance criteria (project health, utilization, realization, etc.) at the project/program level, emphasizing any possible risks and critical project escalations.
