DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

• The position will be in the TTS Analytics team as a Business Analytics Intmd Analyst (C11).
• The position will report to the team's AVP.
• Working on several evaluations of business issues pertaining to the TTS firm's acquisition, engagement, client experience, and retention will be part of the job throughout the year.
• In order to provide business and functional stakeholders with data-driven insights, this will entail utilizing a variety of analytical approaches, tools, and techniques as well as working on multiple data sources, including client profiles and engagement data, transactions and revenue data, digital data, and unstructured data like call transcripts, among others.

Experience:

• Experience with marketing analytics
• Knowledge of business issues pertaining to pricing optimization, customer experience, cross-selling, retention, and sales/marketing plan optimization
• familiarity with a variety of analytical techniques, such as segmentation, time series forecasting, hypothesis testing, test vs. control comparison, etc.
• Machine learning for predictive modeling
• Proficiency in utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Text Mining to analyze unstructured data, such as call transcripts
