Responsibilities:

• A QA automation engineer to assist in creating new test automation scripts and upgrading current ones to accommodate new functionality.
•  Create and put into action quality assurance plans and processes.
•  Encourage the creation of fresh test automation scripts and the updating of current ones to accommodate new functionalities.
• Assign team members duties and responsibilities.
• Maintain a watch on and track team performance.
• Offer team members guidance and mentoring.
• Encourage a culture of cooperation and ongoing development among team members.
• Examine requirements and create thorough test strategies.
• Pick the right testing techniques and resources.
• Create and carry out performance, non-functional, and functional tests.
• Automation efforts to find performance issues and minimize functional flaws long before code is put into production.
• Automated test scripts to increase coverage and efficiency.
• Identify possible quality risks in advance.
• Create and put into action mitigation plans to deal with hazards that have been identified.
• Keep an eye on and measure the success of risk reduction initiatives.
• Examine exam results and pinpoint areas that need work.
• Create and execute process enhancements to improve effectiveness and quality.
• Keep abreast of the most recent techniques and resources for quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other interested parties.
• Use efficient communication to make sure everyone is on the same page regarding quality objectives.
• Take part in code reviews and offer technical design comments.
• Create and deliver important quality metrics to interested parties.
• Examine high-quality data for trends and patterns.
• Provide recommendations based on data to enhance quality performance.

  

Minimum Requirements and Abilities

• strong background in Java, shell scripting, JavaScript/TypeScript, Cypress/Playwright, and API testing using Postman/Newman, among other tools. 
• It is preferable to have prior experience with one or more of the main public clouds, such as AWS.
• familiarity with the Atlassian product suite, which includes Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and other technologies, as well as continuous integration.
• Knowledge of developing and putting into practice automated testing frameworks, such as Webdriver.IO, CodeceptJS, Cypress, Jest, Selenium, and Jasmine
• Have expertise developing repeatable application testing, automated test frameworks, test plans, and test scenarios.
• strong awareness of the fundamentals of software testing and the ability to lead test automation across various technology stacks.
• proficiency in creating automated tests, such as UI, integration, and acceptance testing
• knowledge of integrating CI/CD pipelines with automation frameworks.
• Java, Selenium, and API development experience.
• Automated testing through a browser
• strong ability to solve problems.
• familiarity with NodeJS, Java, or Python.
• familiarity with SaaS platform UI test automation and AWS.
